All exchanges are liable to a thorough quality assurance inspection process before they can be accepted. When you wish to exchange an item, it is imperative that the item is in impeccable condition, still in its original packaging. Regrettably, items that display any signs of wear, damage, or alteration (such as engraving, embossing, or resizing) are ineligible for exchanges.

Moreover, special orders, customized items, resized pieces, and those with engravings cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

We want to emphasize that we cannot process exchanges for items that fall under any of the following criteria:

Have been subjected to misuse, negligence, accidents, improper storage, or handling. Have been lost or stolen.

Have undergone reconstruction, repair, or alteration by individuals or entities other than The Orchid Jewelry London.

In the event that you receive a defective item, defined as having significant manufacturing defects in its material or workmanship, you have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Upon verification by our experts, we will take one of the following actions at no additional cost to you: refund, repair, or replace the defective item.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the moment we issue a return notification confirming the defect. These refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
